OKHAM is a web-based database system that allows around 100 people under multiple operators to book their daily schedules via smartphone or PC.
This system was devised to improve on file-based management in MS Excel.
Note: File-based management can cause a time lag in the files that people create and submit via mailing list, and various problems arise when managing data centrally.
