There are some design differences depending on the Android version that AVD runs on.
So there is a way to operate the power switch on the AVD tool button.

For version 13 you can also use:

A switch icon will be displayed at the bottom right of the screen, so you can simulate turning off the power by clicking the icon and selecting restart or power off.
